New Lux Living Member Sign In

Starting December 5th, 2008 Lux Living is encouraging users who frequently comment to create a User Profile if they haven't done so already.  We are asking this because our readership is growing and we don't want a few bad apples spoiling the fun for everyone. Only registered users' comments will be immediately approved, all others will have to be approved manually after being reviewed.

If you have already created a profile you don't need to do anything new. Sign in as usual and comment away.

For new users, the sign up process is painless and should take no more than 30 seconds to complete.

1. Simply click on the Sign In link on the upper right hand corner of any page.

















2.  Next, click the Sign Up link.














3. Fill out this brief form and hit Register.


























Username is the name you sign in with.

Display Name is the name that appears next to your comment on the live site. It is suggested that you use a handle (for example, Go Ask Alice, Edna Doodle, Beulah, etc.) and not use your real name if you wish to remain anonymous.

Email Address: You must enter a real e-mail address to receive the confirmation e-mail for your new user account. If you wish to keep extra anonymous, use a Gmail address. Neither Tishman Speyer, Stuyvesant Town, or anyone related to them have access to this information nor can they obtain access. It is safely stored on the Lux Living server along with Lux's information. Your info is just as safe as his info is.

Passwords are case sensitive. PLEASE WRITE DOWN YOUR PASSWORD.

Website URL, if you have a personal website you wish to share, enter it there, otherwise leave blank.

4. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you. Click the confirmation link in your e-mail, then sign in and comment away!
