Lux Living Inbox Rant - Dead Squirrel Festers for Days

dead-squirrel.jpg"This dead squirrel has been in playground 6 on the 14th Street loop for at least two days.  Security has been told at least twice including yesterday and again this morning. If the weather holds up I will try to remember to go over and look again towards the end of the day."

That squirrel isn't dead, it's resting. It is part of one of our newest Amenities "Oval Petting Zoo", an attraction that our residents will find helpful, entertaining and informative.

I thought it was part of the new fur salon they are opening - Oval Skinned Alive.

This is another example of TS trying to spread diseases in STPCV- We have bedbugs, roaches , rats, mice standing water to attract mosquitos and now dead animals to spread some other "nice" diseases like bubonic plague.

Skibummonel will love this amenity.

Victim of the mosh pit at 'Music on the Oval'?

Even the squirrels can't take it anymore.

Oh, snap! Robbie left his glasses at home, thought it was a goat, and had rough sex with it!

ouch!

OMFG! WHAT a horrible visual! ROFL!!!

I think TS left the dead squirrel there as a symbolic warning as to what can happen to RS tenants who refuse to move out and MR tenants who try to move out. Sort of their version of the horse's head in the bed.

True story--I once reported a dead squirrel on the walkway near my house to Security at the 22nd Street booth. The guard said he could see it on his video screen. When the squirrel wasn't removed after a few hours, I checked with the guard again. He said that Maintenance couldn't find the squirrel. But it was still there in plain view. Eye exams, anyone?

I like it when you guys are funny because when you are you really are.

The squirrel was taking pictures of a pit bull running around loose on what’s left of the Oval lawn, doing what dogs do, while its owner stood nearby, leash in hand, chatting with a security officer doing what security officers do to enforce TS’s pet regulations. – Nothing.

Upon realizing they were being photographed, the security officer, doing what security officers do to enforce TS’s restrictive photography policy, promptly confiscated the camera while the pit bull, doing what pit bulls do to other animals, promptly killed the squirrel.

To set an example, the squirrel’s body was intentionally left outside to decompose in a public area as a warning to us all about the harsh penalties certain to befall other ST/PCV residents caught violating TS regulations. … Well, ... anyway, … at least the ones TS chooses to enforce.
