A Sty Spy sent us this almost grammatically correct e-mail from
American Leisure which lets the Oval Essential members in on the exciting pre-opening schedule of events. (After all, isn't it every kid's dream come true to do Downward Dog in front of a plate glass window?) The e-mail states that "Oval Lifestyle associates" will be on hand to answer any questions that members and their guests may have about the spaces and their assumed practicality/value. Using generic terms such as "Movie house" and "Kid & Parent" indicates there isn't much going on so get in, eat your free juice and cookies, and get out.

Poor American Leisure. I hope they didn't let Tishman Speyer model their prospective financial situation! If so, 2 out of 3 investors will go belly up, they'll be forced to run a skeleton crew, and lastly hire a PR firm to "pretend" they are performing well (Jerry Speyer, chapter 13, Residential Management Playbook, Nov 2006.)

What a joke, considering the countless trees and plants these numbskulls have destroyed, which have turned the grounds into an ecological disaster, both physically and aesthetically.
