Funny how they consider Katz's way the hell on HOUSTON STREET to be part of the Stuy Town community.

What map are THEY looking at, one drawn by the Oval kids? ST is bordered by the EV, sure, but not the Lower East Side (14 blocks away!!!), The Flat Iron District (2 neighborhoods over), and Union Square, (also 2 neighborhoods over.

Please tell us how the Bridge of Brooklayn is just on the doorsept of Stuvisent Twon and we are in walking distance of the Sothe Street Farry and the gurment diskrit. We know that you know that we know that Stervisant Twon is so close by to all the gilltering enterturnment and shites of Mahattan and we think that you should be telling all of the people who are pushing and shoving their way to the head of the line in the leasing office (that would be the line to go to the bathroom, not to sign a lease) that if they are lucky enough to get an apartment here they can win a broken bicycle and a cracked helmut to keep for a year which is good because Fort Tryon Park and the Cloisters is just on the edge of Sterversent Town and they can ciycle over there and enjoy the views of the Husdon River which also borders Sutversant Twon.
