Tishman Speyer sure knows how to introduce a group of unwanted "amenities" to a disinterested Stuy Town. First they throw a private party in the Oval Lounge that is broken up by police after one of their lux guests attacks another guest with a beer bottle. Then they allow kids to play unsupervised near large garbage cans collecting the water pouring in from the ceiling. Now Oval Film seems to be water logged as well.
