"It's been understood since ancient times that what comes from the earth
should be returned to the earth. And the best way of returning the
earth's riches (with interest) is to build a compost heap. Composting
everyday plant debris and kitchen scraps results in rich humus, the
decomposed organic matter, that's essential for good garden soil. Humus
helps soil hold water, allows for air flow, controls erosion, and
creates a home for the bacteria that protect plants against disease,
capture airborne nitrogen, lure soil-enriching earthworms, and ferry
minerals from the subsoil."Composting 101 [MarthaStewart.com]

If you notice, they completely covered the sidewalk with this delivery, making passage impossible and forcing pedestrians, the elderly and handicapped into the street.
Typical in the way Tishman-Speyer has handled ALL of their construction projects, with absolutely ZERO regard for the well being and convenience of their tenants.
These people (Tishman Speyer and ALL their employees and contractors) really suck.
Trash, pick it up, take them lights away
Trash, go pick it up, go put that knife away
Trash, go pick it up, don't give your life away
Trash, pick it up, don't throw your love away
Trash, pick it up, don't take my knife away
Trash, pick it up, the doctor take them all away
Trash, pick it up, don't take my knife away
Oh trash, wow, wow, my sweet baby, wow, wow
Oh, oh, trash, wow, wow, you're the one
Tttttttttrash, ...
Tttttttttrash,
Joey FINALLY decided to sneak in a teensy mention of his landlord's financial troubles today.

Bud Perrone said, "Joey's disinterest in Stuyvesant Town is not entertaining or helpful for residents."
Bud then adjusted himself and said, "but it turns out that jokes about cancer are funny after all!"
I'm surprised management isn't recycling those plastic bottles for their deposit fee.. hah!
Luxie, Luxie where are you?
Honey, let Luxie have a couple of days off! Geniuses (or should that be geniie - I do like to get things right) have to recharge their batteries by having a little rest.
ditto Beulah - even God took a day off !!!
I admit to becoming a tad worried during Luxie's silences. I wouldn't be surprised if Tush-Scum is desperately trying to figure out a way to shut this website down, and as we know, these slimeballs are capable of anything.
Of course Luxie is entitled to time off, but I'm getting worried about him. I hope he is on vacation and is well.
I would just like to hear that he's ok. He deserves a rest, but we just need to know he's ok. One thing's for sure: he ain't being silenced. If Luxie has one thing common with my Beulette it's that he has a mouth that does not shut on demand! C'mon Luxie. Just let us know you're not sick or anything. I'm wondering if you need some of Grandma Buella's posum poltice for your chest or a litle of Granpa Dogwood's crabgrass moonshine? Always glad to get some over to ya. Then, of course, I could always send Beulette over with some her home made crisco and pork rinds oatmeal cookies. Let me know Honey.
