Stuyvesant Town's 14th Street Loop road repaving is already two weeks behind schedule and from the look of these photos taken of the street this morning by a Sty Spy, it appears the only thing Tishman Speyer has done thus far is dump old furniture on it. Management has not informed the residents living on the road how much longer they will have to endure noise and air pollution from construction vehicles. Tenants who normally park their cars on the Loop will continue to fight for parking elsewhere until the project is completed.Photos submitted by a Sty Spy

Does anyone think that the closing of the loops is related to constructing the glass amenities/essentials/abominations?
Does anyone know why that steam pipe is a permanent fixture in that spot? ConEd is always tinkering out there!
It's not a Con Ed steam pipe, it's the hell hole leading to the Speyer's Inferno.
Good one, Go Ask Alice.
Is this the price to pay for living in luxury? I'm surprised that hordes of tenants carrying flaming torches, pitch forks, scythes and the like have not shown up on Tish-Spey's doorstep in the dead of night. Why not? Who can sleep with all that 'luxury' being perpetrated? Sty-Town now resembles a scene out of a horror movie, after all. 'The Warsaw Ghetto' comes to mind.
