Dang y'all! We're seeing a reoccurring theme here. Overweight, Tish-Spy cowboys wanderin' off the Stuy Town ranch to strap on their feedbags. This cowboy parked his mechanical horse on 14th Street near Avenue B, crossing four lanes of street traffic and parking on a sidewalk, just to fill his pie hole! Maybe if they did more walking and less eating the city streets would be safer for thems' city folk.Vigilant residents are encouraged to contact:
Janette Sadik-Khan, Commissioner
Department of Transportation

Well, if I see one of them thar buggies left unattended on the sidewalk, I might be tempted to empty a jar of pickled possum onto the driver's seat. Maybe top it off with a little pancake syrup of the extra sticky kind. I may get Beulette to stick her stilleto heels in the tires. Though THAT girl is always hitching rides with them cowboys! She just can't keep her hands off them. Never did know how to behave herself around redneck men, that hussy!
People MUST start to call 311, and contact the DOT and the local Police Precincts about this. This Cowboy was parked in the 9th Pct.
9th Pct. = 212-477-7811
13th Pct. = 212-477-7411
They've become emboldened because there is no enforcement. It's out of control.
Though not terribly relevant to the cowboy situation, I learned that T-S is renting out some of the premises on a short term basis. A day ago, we met two young people in the elevator and traveled to the same floor. As they were exiting the elevator with us, the young woman, timidly asked us if we had a vacuum cleaner. In a not sharing mood, I said no. She then asked if the management had one. Their apartment was recently made market rate when the long time resident and his daughter were placed in nursing homes.
I saw her again and guiltily asked if she ever found a vacuum cleaner. She said no. She mentioned that she and her friend are only here for a month to study English. So aside from the fact that I am a bitch, we learn that T-S is leasing unclean spaces to temporary residents.
No wonder we have bed bugs! And here I was accusing Beulette of bringing them in from her trailer! I think TishSpy is probably breaking the law in doing what they are doing - running a seedy, unclean flop house!
I filed a complaint via email with the Department of Transportation about those buggers in the golf buggies!
Re: Hotel Stuyvestentia. I don't blame you for not lending your vacuum cleaner to the transients. Stuyvesant Town is NOT a hotel and if the landlord wants to rent it out as such, then the landlord should provide either maid service or cleaning equipment. I wonder who the hell cleans between lodgers? Well, probably nobody as they needed the vacuum cleaner. What a SHITHOLE Tishmay Speyer has turned this place into. Money grubbing bastards should be hung out to dry.
Well! Upon my return from a hard day at work I encountered a young lady asking me if I had a key to let her into the laundry room. I said no but suggested she go outside and enter the laundry room through the wide open side door leading into the laundry room from the outside patio of the building on T level! Maybe I was miffed she was using the laundry room cart as her own personal laundry basket. Not to mention she distracted me from reading the flyer left on the mail ledge about the alledged drug dealer living on the 5th fl. of my building.
I love it!!!!!!
