A Sty-Spy sent us this photo of a Tish-Spy mechanical horse corralled on First Avenue. This cowboy is obviously an outlaw because he is all about breaking the rules in Dodge! He's parked on a curb, in a crosswalk, going in the wrong direction, blocking a wheelchair ramp, and a fire hydrant. Let's just hope there's no youngin's underneath there! We're still awaitin' comment from Bud "Blind Eye" Perrone regarding this illegal behavior.

Since I'm studying for my Drivers License, I figured this would make a good test. Let's see how many violations there really are..
1) Unregistered vehicle.
2) No NYS insurance (no license plates means no insurance).
3) Not street legal (no mirrors, seat belts, turn signals or other safety equipment)
4) Facing wrong direction on One Way street.
5) Parked on curb.
6) Obstructing Fire Hydrant
7) Obstructing Crosswalk
8) Driven by an unlicensed Bud Perrone ?
Have I passed the test yet ??
9) DWI
This here Stuy Town reeks of lawlessness and corruption. We must oust the crooked sheriff and his gang of wanton enforcers.
I just heard on NY1 that there's to be a yo-yo contest at the South Street Seaport this week-end. I thought readers might find this tidbit amusing. It's something I happened upon when googling our esteemed landowners.

Well, Mr. Speyer should certainly know a lot about yo-yos, considering that he sired one of them and employs a whole bunch of them. He should know a lot about lemons too, considering his purchase of Stuyvesant Town! No offense to Stuyvesant Town, but it certainly isn't (and never could be) the Bellaire that Mr. Speyer wants his investors to think it is!
