A Sty-Spy submitted this photo of a Tishman Speyer employee illegally driving a golf cart on First Avenue this afternoon. Based on the Sty-Spy's description it appears to be the same employee that Lux Living saw nearly causing an accident on Monday morning screaming "Yeee-haaa!" as he cut off four lanes of traffic in the very same spot.The elderly man in the crosswalk managed to dodge the golf cart just in time. When the Sty-Spy called management they put him on hold for seven minutes before disconnecting him.

We'll overlook the fact that the old guy was crossing against the light, but in any event the operation of this vehicle is illegal on city streets. Wonder why the 13th Precinct is "overlooking" this little wild west party ??

The Sty-Spy said the light had just changed which is why there's only one car on the road. This happens all too frequently. Maybe photos will help get this violation some attention before someone gets hurt again.

311 is incorrect in deferring to the New York Housing Authority (NYCHA). NYCHA has no authority over street code violations. These violations should be enforced by the 13th Precinct.
The elderly take longer to cross the street. Many of them cannot make it across in time alotted.
