This Tish-Spy cowboy caused more trouble on First Avenue today for the third time in one week. Last Tuesday the stocky, long-haired cowboy was caught yeee-haaa'ing his way across First Avenue nearly causing an accident as he cut off four lanes of oncoming traffic. Then the other day he nearly ran down an elderly man in a crosswalk. What's he up to today? He's blocking scheduled deliveries in front of Bruno Ravioli by parking his unlicensed golf cart on city streets. Though in all fairness he did un-corral his horse quickly but not before ramming a bike chained nearby. We're sure Tishman Speyer spokesman, Buddy Perrone, won't find this continual public nuisance funny, entertaining or helpful to Stuyvesant Town residents.

For Edna Doodle and mother
If you have the time, in the spirit of conscientious objection, walk reeeaaaaallll slowly in front of a golf cart. It's a good thing.
I tried to give him my phone number but he was too busy adjusting himself to notice. The good ones always get away.
When reached for comment, junior Tishman-Speyer spokesperson Buddy 'Love' Perrone adjusted himself and stated:
"I cannot issue a comment at this time because I am focused on planning the next 'Dude and Bro Pub Crawl' scheduled for this weekend."
On the side of the cart he has a bumper sticker - "How's my driving? 1-800-eat-sh*t"
Bravo to you, noble and witty creator of lux living! We need to create humor in the midst of this dire and pitiful situation here in Land of Stuyvesant. The forest, the strip mall, the golf carts, the dying ferns, the ever-changing maze ... so much material with which to work!
