Just be careful kiddies when you find that magnificant bar of gold nestled in the crabgrass on the Oval. It may be something that Fido left behind on his last romp! That little pool of golden liquid isn't magic potion either - either Fido or a boozed up NYU Student left it for you and it's not nice!
Can you really blame the NYU students for peeing on the lawn at the Oval? I mean it's so beautiful and quiet. I wouldn't want to leave either.

Uh....yeah...the past few months have been the biggest yet...regarding rental numbers...yes indeed, that might be true since the last few months have seen a huge influx of college grads filtering into the city in search of jobs and they don't know any better than to rent here. Hopefully they will wise up once they actually live here! s-u-c-k-e-r
It was my daughter's 7th birthday and we decided to join in the Treasure Hunt on the Oval. The kids were supposed to find every "illegal tenants in Stuyvesant Town" before getting to the treasure hiding place itself.
The whole thing was awful - all the kids (and us oldies) really hated it and will probably never do it again.
